Don't see any corrosion or other issues. It does look like the throttle return spring is dislodged or possibly broken see last pic. Looks to be complete. Overall looks pretty nice minus the dust.

Not much else to note. Did not open it up to check inside. Throttle plate pivots freely. Does not smell like fuel.
